Roamtale is a cloud-hosted service that turns your travel photos into location-aware social-media posts and helps you manage your own connected social accounts. The service is operated by Marvin Kamp. It is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
You need an account to use Roamtale and must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
By connecting a social account, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that account and that your use complies with the connected platform's terms (including TikTok's Developer Terms, Instagram/Facebook Platform Policy, and the YouTube Terms of Service). Roamtale acts only within the scopes you grant.
You agree not to use Roamtale for spam, harassment, impersonation of others, or any activity that violates a platform's rules or applicable law. Automated actions (replies, follows, posting) are performed at your direction and remain your responsibility.
You retain ownership of the content you upload and of the posts Roamtale generates for you. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring AI-assisted content and personas comply with each platform's disclosure and authenticity requirements.
Roamtale may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor; you can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or a connected platform's rules. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Roamtale is not liable for account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; we will reflect the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
